These private 2 bedroom Ocean View Villas and 3-5 bedroom Long View Residences are set on the hillsides of Scrub Island, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea and the adjacent Great Camanoe. Comprising 3,100 to 7,200 square feet in total these stunning homes have been broken into multi-level interconnected pods containing master suites, each with a king-size bed with high thread count luxury linens, flat panel television, large bath and separate sitting area all with bamboo ceiling fans. The main level houses a large kitchen with eat-in-bar, separate dining room, and large living room that opens onto a paved terrace with infinity-edge pool.
Private Beaches – golden sand & intimate views

Two of these secluded parings come with a hammock. North Beach is only for residents and just what a private, quiet, pristine Caribbean beach should look like. Pavillion Beach is a small beach located directly below the Tierra Tierra cocktail bar and the swimming pools and is the perfect place to pull your chaise lounge into the surf edge and relax. Some of the area best for snorkeling are in the shallow waters surrounding this beach. Accessible only by boat, Honeymoon beach as its name suggests is set up to accommodate those who want to enjoy total relaxation and just watch the world go by. A boat will drop you off with some refreshments of your choice and an island Phone just in case you have forgotten anything. Honeymoon Beach is also a reservations only beach.
